Important Note: Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, Pop-up Christmas Cards and any customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products in their original, unused condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that shipping times vary based on your selected delivery method:
- Standard Shipping: DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: EMS (15-25 days after dispatch for orders over $50)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping address
- Package Your Item: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method

Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same steps as the return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the magic and quality of our specialty products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival:
- Pop-up Christmas Cards (due to their intricate, delicate design)
- Any personalized or customized items
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing tags
- Gift boxes that have been opened or used
